Participants are invited to electronically submit original and unpublished research contributions for consideration of presentation and publication. All abstracts must not exceed 500 words in English. They will be refereed for quality, originality, and relevance. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and archived in both IEEE eXplore and Library of Congress and will be indexed by EI Compendex database. Selected best papers will be recommended for consideration of publication in SCI journals.
Abstract must include title and authors name(s), full address (street, city, state/province, and country) and contact information (telephone, fax, and e-mail).

Full Paper Submission:
Please first download Manuscript Templates or Templates for LaTex for preparing papers for conference proceedings. The length of the full paper is limited to 6 pages according to the template. Please strictly follow the template to prepare your paper; otherwise, paper would be rejected.
Please submit your full paper HERE by using your user name and password that you used to submit your abstract. (Instructions: when you log in, click "Paper xxx" on the top menu, then click "Submit a new version" on the top-right menu. Finally, you are able to upload your paper there. Only word format is accepted.)
