Please first download Manuscript Templates for preparing full papers for conference proceedings. Please strictly follow the template to prepare your paper, otherwise, paper would be rejected.
Full paper submission procedures:
Please submit your full paper HERE via using your user name and password that you used to submit the abstract. (Instructions: when you log in, click "Paper xxx" on the top menu, then click "Submit a new version" on the top-right menu. Finally, you are able to upload your paper there. Only Microsoft Word 2003 or 2007 format is accepted)
