ICSDM 2011 Poster Presentation Instruction
Information is given below about the arrangement for poster presentations for ICSDM 2011.
- You can either bring your poster with you when you travel to Fuzhou (preferred) or send it to us before the meeting. If you choose to send the poster to us then please use this address: 13th Floor, Science Building, 523 Gongye Road, Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, P.R.China 350002
- Conference committee will provide poster printing service, each poster for US$ 100 will be charged. If you need any help for poster printing service, please email your poster to poster@icsdm2011.org.
- Your poster should be no bigger than A1 size., portrait or landscape(both fit). The dimensions of the A1 are: 594 by 841 mm (23.4 by 331 inches).
- In the poster session there will be a conference helper to assist you with any questions you may have.
- The time for the poster session at the conference will be announced later in the Conference Program. During the poster session, each poster presentation is required to stand besides the poster to demonstrate their work..
