The first meeting of local organizing committee of ICSDM 2011 & BJ-IWGIS 2011 was held at Science Building, Fuzhou University on April 16, 2010. The chair of local organizing Committee, Prof. Chen chongcheng convened the meeting. Important matters associated with conference preparative were discussed and agreed on. Firstly, Prof. Chen reviewed the recent work progresses in aspects of conference title and theme and topics, invitation of conference committee and keynote speakers, and other issues, such as conference website construction. The attendee drafted applicable work plan for conference in forthcoming months.
